hungry!?

Today i made popcorn at home:)) yipeee..
Not that it is a miracle or something ...but i am soo excited....White and fluffy cute pop corn!!!!yummy.

But not all days at work are same when it comes to a good tea time snack.
If the juice counter is open then u are partially safe..or else one is doomed to "Food" available in the OTHER counter.
There was bhaiya(anyone and everyone calls him that!!!)who spoke only hindi.....and one should listen to the conversations between the bhaiya and the others who dont know Hindi!!!its hilarious!!
Some people try speaking all the words they ve picked up from any hindi film they ve watched
while the others stick on to the age old sign language:P.
Some of them managed to speak to bhaiya in his own language(like moi:P)...but really dosent make a difference ,you tell him to make chat without onion that day he l end up putting a plateful so the sev puri will become onion puri!!!

His famous piece of work was his parathas....which was great to start off with but ultimately he made only them so people got bugged...now he is missing theres a new counter!!!lets see how far this goes!!By the way now its Dosa time !!!!

The other place our office people go to rescue their hungry stomach is namma sangeetha!!!

Me and my friend go there pretty often...i end up having idlies all the time(its light and easy!!).

But my friend hates it...she is the brave one who wants to try every new thing on the menu.
One day i was stuck trying to figure out what she wanted to order....our bad luck was it was also not on the menu but somehow she had the idea that she has seen that dish served at the hotel.

We ended up playing something like dumbC..my friend went on and on ..saying only this abt the dish...

"rounda irkkume de.....rounda irukkume!!!!"(idli dosa ellame rounda dhaney ma irukkum!!:P)

Then finally finally she got the word "CUTLET " to hear that it was not available from the waiter(appada!!!).

But we ve also had some amazing experiences trying new food...

Our Mathsya...flood experince was the best of the lot!!!

We have tried some good food we have also had some WORST experinces!!!!(better to forget them and the after effects!)

One best incident to pick when i remember of eating with friends was one time at office canteen..when we challenged a friend to flick more sweets from the counter(they give only one piece of sweet per plate)

The look on her face was priceless......she looked like she was gonna rob a bank or something!!!
Finally she did manage to do the task!:) of course we all ended up laughing like mad watching her carefully choreographed moves!!!!haha!

The not so cold weekend..

The weekend after my worst cold attack....was a surprise hit!!!

Morning watched a Movie...didn't like it..was a big let down(Dilli 6)!!:(
I loved RDB so was expecting a lot... anyways songs were awesome!!

The same evening went to the beach...had a great time there!

and then another week began.........

And now seriously contemplating doing something in the weekends....its really boring to sit at home and watch TV!My lang class plan flopped big time....gotto figure out somethin ..soon

Cold Weekend

Its been an awfully long time since i had logged in.

Fingers are itching to type;).

Again fell sick on a goddamn weekend ...flopped all plans i had.

Thanks to "somebody" who spread the joy of an absolutely hard working virus!!!

My absolutely sweet voice!! sounds horrible!!!i havent touched my phone in the last 2 days!!except for playing games on it.

V day..on a weekend so!?? wat...lotsa mushy movies on TV :)

Did not get to play shuttle this week either :( .

Screwed up a movie plan...and i know my friend is waiting to kill me when she sees me.

God Save me!

The Rain Story

Today it was pouring cats and dogs in Chennai!!:)

The weekend before Diwali , i remember we planned to go for our monthly lunch outing at work.

The discussion about where we should go....went on and on......

"Eden...we always go there!!"

"Sangeetha...too much crowd can't wait !!"

Then one gentleman who overheard us talk suggested Mathsya in Egmore.

So we went there...had food....you have to note that when we went inside the hotel it was HOT outside....really hot.While having dessert i saw the amused look on the waiters face...he kept on looking at the door and was too excited...only after we paid the bill and made our move did we realized it was raining like mad , outside!!!!
None of us had umbrellas.....to top it all the street started flooding and water started coming in to the hotel....
we became paranoid coz there was no way out...with knee deep water...no autos....it was already getting late,we needed to get back to work !
Then all four girls swam out....started running like crazy ppl in the road..managed to get an auto...Outcome - got drenched head to toe!!

So we all left home early:)..otherwise we would all have froze in the office air conditioning .

I love the rain so so much!!!!!

I wanna climb up on some hill top and just screammmmmmmmmmm out loud!!!

Or do bungee jumping......or learn dancing( i believe i have two left feet!) or try something that i dont get to do in my normal boring life....................

but i swear i just think and wanna do things like this.....i never do it!

but the way my life is showing me....i better do something to kill boredom and just stay alive!i really really wanna breathe!!!!

confusion confusion..........

so how to break away from the rock that is tied to my feet....(incidentally i have broken my toe!!!now ).

Or is it just an illusion that something is holding me back from what i want to be....

i dont know !!!(my fav line!)was i born confused!!!!

I am a bit surprised when people tell me teens are the worst times when it comes to being susceptible to a confused state of mind!

I on the other hand was firm in what i wanted in life!but now all grown up...i go back and forth deciding things!

whatever man!!!!i am just telling my instincts to steer me around...away from confusions in life!!!
