H & R are too important .........

Now what does HR mean ?...well it has a meaning which the texts speak about in volumes ...the MBA's across the globe try to figure out in their organizations......
but wait.....i ve learnt it in a New Ishtyle!
Practicality is the Mantra.......where i learnt this Skill...
So the one's with "the skill" ...will survive ...and the rest will be pushed to.....hell!!

So whats new u may ask........u learn different dimensions ...different techniques different ...whatever.....everyday,every minute...okay every second.
Now we all began by "mingling" ..u kno we had an open mind....
we try out new company everyday....we learn about that person and propagate our "learnings".
Every evening we have Group Discussions where we help each other know the other person better ......we talk ,specifically about how bad they are!!and sometimes how good too..(possibility:0.5%)
We hate a person jus because they are associated or hang around with some other person who we hate (with all alpahabets in caps!!)...sounds like some parallel lines theory!
Also we Dont see eye to eye with that one "bad " person...like some kinda gangster movie..!!

We don't believe in the theory of "right place...right time..." (translates in to IDAM PORUL EVAL in Tamil).
Also InformationSharing is a crime...!!so we don't do it...we seal all the info we kno in an airtight,leak proof container and hide it !
We also practice something called "oh! am so aloof" technique(it does help ...really u can count on me!).
Also we promote innocence like hell ...man! so many innocent souls...sad....so we consider it our duty to always stand by them!!
We ve learnt to be coherent all da time...we move together in "groups" (no one knows they r part of which group...themselves thats the funda) .
So to sum it up ...........wanna learn H & R ......we'l teach...!!
